Chris is a qualified financial planner with many years of experience. He holds the Certificate for Financial Advisers issued by the Institute for Financial Services. Chris is a member of the Personal Finance Society and the Chartered Institute of Insurance. Chris has a degree in Modern History from OxfordUniversity and possesses considerable knowledge of financial matters in the present as well as the past. He has worked for two firms of financial advisers before joining Bridgewater. Chris specialises in investment advice, pensions and insurances.

Chris lives in Manchester and enjoys fell-walking, climbing, and playing football in his spare time. Chris is also an avid follower of Manchester United Football Club and Lancashire Cricket Club.
